How We Got Involved in Letterpress
Printing: We bought a 6x9 Kelsey to print greeting cards to sell at a street fair, then one thing just lead to another.

Equipment: Four Heidleberg 10x15 platens, one Little Giant Model 6, Challenge MC305 w/Micro Cut, 11x17 folder, Jet A3 photopolymer
plate maker, 6000sf space, four employees and three shop dogs.
Work History: Before B Designs, Karen was a book designer and James
was an Architectural photographer. No printing training at all.
Education: BS in Anthropology.
Other Interests/Hobbies: Karen collects
emphemera, James fly fishes, bicycles and is a City Councilor.
